ABOUT
We are an investment company for acquiring and holding Private Assets in Europe, with strong focus in Switzerland, Germany and Western Europe.
Our Zurich based offices are optimally located to source and critically screen high quality investments originating from an extended network of trusted partners.
INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Both long-term asset preservation and growth are at the core of our targets.
To achieve this we are building a diversified portfolio of non-listed investments.
Typically these investments are in the Real Estate and in the Private Equity areas.
In Real Estate we will look both at new developments and refurbishments. While we do prefer Commercial Real Estate we will occasionally consider allocations to Residential and also to mixed use projects.
As for Private Equity, we prefer direct investments in late stage companies across different industries.
We focus on companies with sustained development and growth potential as well as positive cash flow.
We will directly invest in businesses with a long-term view and no predefined investment horizon.
